Senior DevOps Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Manage and enhance the stability and operation of the most critical services (including reviews, capacity planning, and performance tuning).
Develop automations/tooling for better platform reliability/availability.
Work with cutting-edge & distributed systems not limited to, but including Kubernetes, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, OpenSearch.
Work together with engineers within the team and across functions to promote robust engineering principles and uphold the core values of our engineering practice.
Participate in various R&Ds on new projects and frameworks to improve current product/platforms.
Enhance our ability to monitor and understand systems and frameworks as a developer and maintainer, while also serving as a mentor to product development teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

3+ years experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
Strong experience using industry standard DevOps tools such as GitLab, Terraform (Terragrunt).
Be experienced in configuration and maintenance observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana).
Be familial with current SRE practices (IaC, Postmortems, Observability etc).
Experience in building and operating fault-tolerant systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good level of English and Russian language.
