Sales Enablement Manager

Riga, Latvia
  • Work closely with sales leadership to streamline and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the customer journey;
  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies and tools to enhance productivity, communication, and performance tracking;
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes;
  • Foster strong relationships with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives that impact sales effectiveness;
  • Develop and maintain clear and consistent communication channels between sales and other departments, ensuring that the team is well-informed and equipped to meet objectives;
  • Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. This includes onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training for existing team members;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Extensive experience working in the fintech industry;
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and tools.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and good command of Russian (A2/B1 level);
