Senior Product Manager (Integrations)

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Own and drive API integrations with international payment systems and external service providers
  • Act as the primary point of contact with external partners, ensuring timely delivery, alignment, and issue resolution
  • Analyze key business and product metrics to improve monetization, conversion, and customer retention
  • Generate product ideas and translate them into clear, actionable concepts and requirements
  • Oversee operational planning, task prioritization, deadline control, and cross-team coordination
  • Support merchant technical onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and adoption
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and commercial teams across the full product lifecycle
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, and fintech industry trends
  • Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in cross-functional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
  • English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent russian language.
