Sales Representative

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Independently identify and develop new business opportunities in the fintech and payments industry;
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation and closing deals;
  • Build ideas for successful B2B lead generation funnel with deep analysis of the industry; 
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities;
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and contractual documentation;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, marketing, and tech to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery;
  • Report directly to the head of the sales division;
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across Europe, actively networking and promoting our brand;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales at fintech, payments, or PSP companies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Outstanding self-organisation and structuring skills;
  • High initiative as a feature - is a must;
  • Deep understanding of payment solutions, acquiring, and/or merchant services;
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills;
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms;
  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written);
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the EU for client meetings and events;
