ABOUT THE ROLE 
We’re looking for a people-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves building strong business teams and partnering closely with hiring managers across functions.This role is primarily focused on business and operational hiring in a fast-growing FinTech environment. This role is ~95% business/operational hiring and only a small portion of technical roles (~5%).

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

  • Bringing exceptional talent on board across the globe with a strong focus on business roles (operations, support, finance, compliance, product support, etc.) 
  • Owning the full recruitment cycle - from role scoping and sourcing strategy to offer and closing
  • Proactively growing teams by finding creative and non-standard ways to attract top talent
  • Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape team structures and hiring strategy
  • Delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every stage
  • Contributing to and strengthening our employer brand through meaningful market presence and communication

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • At least 1-2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition 
  • Proven experience hiring business roles across Europe 
  • Understanding of how TA drives growth in a FinTech or fast-scaling company
  • Strong headhunting mindset — you know how to find and engage top talent, not just manage inbound
  • Confident stakeholder partner who builds strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Fast, adaptable, and comfortable working in a scale-up environment
  • Genuinely care about candidate experience and employer reputation
