ABOUT THE ROLE 
We’re looking for a people-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves building strong business teams and partnering closely with hiring managers across functions.This role is primarily focused on business and operational hiring in a fast-growing FinTech environment. This role is ~95% business/operational hiring and only a small portion of technical roles (~5%).

- Bringing exceptional talent on board across the globe with a strong focus on business roles (operations, support, finance, compliance, product support, etc.)
- Owning the full recruitment cycle - from role scoping and sourcing strategy to offer and closing
- Proactively growing teams by finding creative and non-standard ways to attract top talent
- Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape team structures and hiring strategy
- Delivering a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every stage
- Contributing to and strengthening our employer brand through meaningful market presence and communication
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- At least 1- 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Hands-on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non-technical teams across Europe
- Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth
- Strong headhunting mindset - you know where to find the best people and how to win them over
- Excellent relationship-builder who collaborates across functions with ease
- Fast, adaptable, and feedback-driven - you thrive in a scale-up environment
- Passionate about creating a world-class candidate experience - because you truly love what you do
- Good command of English and fluent Russian.
