What you'll be working on

Hiring the best talents for our teams in Latvia and Globally;
Establishing and managing the end-to-end hiring process;
Proactively creating team growth by being innovative and choosing ways to hire new talent by yourself;

What you need to succeed in this role

2+ years of experience in recruitment
in-depth knowledge of TA and its implications for a Fintech company;
understanding of the Fintech recruitment landscape, including previous experience in hiring & scaling this type of team;
experience in hiring for business and technical positions, headhunting, and TA experience in Europe;
Builds and maintains strong connections across all parts of the business, consistently collaborating and building solid relationships;
Proactively seeks regular feedback and demonstrates speed/agility in adapting within a scale-up;
Delivers world-class candidate experience - we love creative minds here who love what they do!
