  • Hiring the best talents for our teams in Latvia and Globally;
  • Establishing and managing the end-to-end hiring process;
  • Proactively creating team growth by being innovative and choosing ways to hire new talent by yourself;
What you need to succeed in this role
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment 
  • in-depth knowledge of TA and its implications for a Fintech company;
  • understanding of the Fintech recruitment landscape, including previous experience in hiring & scaling this type of team;
  • experience in hiring for business and technical positions, headhunting, and TA experience in Europe;
  • Builds and maintains strong connections across all parts of the business, consistently collaborating and building solid relationships;
  • Proactively seeks regular feedback and demonstrates speed/agility in adapting within a scale-up;
