Speed & Craft

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

At least 3 - 4 years shipping products at fintech companies or scaling startups
You have proven expertise in component-based design and design systems - you've built and maintained component libraries that scaled
You have deep fintech expertise - you understand payments, banking, and B2B financial workflows
You're an expert in design systems tools
You understand the relationship between design and code - components that work for both
You're comfortable working solo but thrive in collaboration
You're excited about impact, not titles
You're energized by complexity and systems thinking, move fast but never compromise on craft
