Payments Specialist (Reconciliation)

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Facilitating the accurate and timely settlement of transactions within various payment methods and e-commerce merchants
Identifying discrepancies and unmatched transactions
Daily reconciliation
Settlement of transactions
Administering alternative payment methods
Preparing/updating regular reports.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Financial education (the profile of Economics, accounting, financial analytics, and business administration is suitable)
Attentive to details, analytical, organized, solution-oriented
Strong Excel skills is a must!
Good written & spoken communication skills in English (at least B1) and oral communication in russian is essential
Positive about changes and driven to build strong communication within the team
Previous experience in fintech companies or engaging in reconciliation will be an advantage
1+ years of experience in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
