Frontend Tech Lead (React)

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • Building new product functionality and contributing to core user-facing features
  • Refactoring and optimizing existing applications to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Performing thorough and thoughtful code reviews, ensuring engineering best practices
  • Participating in the architectural planning of new applications and feature modules
  • Collaborating closely with the backend team to define and refine service contracts
  • Fixing bugs and contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in frontend development
  • 3+ years of professional experience with TypeScript
  • 3+ years of experience with React, including 1+ year on version 16.8+ (hooks, modern React ecosystem)
  • Experience working with Vue.js is a plus 
  • Strong understanding of frontend observability: error tracking, performance metrics, monitoring
  • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, layout techniques, and component-driven development
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD processes
  • Experience creating and configuring CI pipelines in GitLab CI
  • Ability to follow established coding standards and maintain consistency across projects
  • English proficiency at B1 or higher (required for reading documentation, maintaining internal records, and working with technical specs) and fluent russian
  • Experience with Ant Design, working knowledge of D3.js, hands-on experience with Vite, and strong familiarity with ESLint (including writing custom linting rules) is a big plus.
