Personal Assistant
Riga, LatviaWHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- overall management of the CEO’s administrative workflow (including coordination of related employees and departments);
- management of the CEO’s daily work schedule, supervision, and coordination of all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- timely preparation of all external, internal, and board meetings (documents and presentations);
- management of all outgoing and incoming correspondence of the CEO;
- special tasks participation (e.g., information research activities, support at fairs or conferences);

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- have at least 2 years of relevant experience;
- you are fluent in English, Latvian and russian;
- you are ready for hard-working;
- be able to operate in uncertainty;
- you are good at self-management;
- be ready to work within not standard working hours
