Partners KAM (B2B/crypto)

  • Search and connection of channels for B2B SEPA/SWIFT ingoing/outgoing payments, reduction of buy rates for current channels, as well as receiving bank cards;
  • Search and connection of partners for FIAT-crypto and vice versa conversions, reduction of buy rates through current channels;
  • Search and connection of clients for the provision of B2B sepa/swift services, and FIAT-crypto and crypto-FIAT conversions (concentration on the segment of VIP clients, this includes banks and PSPs);
  • Conducting research on countries, as well as attending conferences in order to identify potential partners and clients;
  • Coordination of the legal structure for opening aggregation B2B accounts, as well as the method of payment of funds;
  • Reduction of financial risks for PSP under the terms of the contract;
  • Control of the KYC process for opening B2B accounts, obtaining access to accounts and transfer to the financial department;
  • Monitoring performance, as well as solving problem cases with partners/clients on sets and exchange into crypto on an ongoing basis.
  • Managing the development and implementation of the company’s commercial strategy;
  • Gross Profit & Loss Management;
  • Increasing the number and variety of payment methods and markets covered by methods in accordance with market demand and the trend of developing markets by merchants;
  • Development of a strategy to expand the range of products and services offered to merchants;
  • Development and application of the strategy and its implementation for the development of PSP as a sustainable business as a whole (definition of the PSP development strategy)
  • 1+ years of experience in partner success, business development role
  • Experience of working with banking partners and clients is mandatory
  • Willingness and ability to learn new things quickly, previous experience in acquiring would be a plus;
  • General understanding of the payment system;
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English ( not less than B2) and good command of russian (A2/B1 level);
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication skills (for communication with partners as well as cross-team communication).
