Junior Account Manager ( Partners )

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Being a point of communication with current payment providers;
Cooperating closely with other departments that are involved in building and maintaining partners’ networks;
Being able to evaluate existing and potential commercial offerings from providers;
Coordinating actions related to Risk compliance and KYC requests;
Overviewing the dynamics and performance of your partner account;
Supporting and managing relationships with existing partners;
Address any queries from partners and find solutions to the problems that might come up;
Developing partner channels in terms of turnover volumes and profitability
Filling in and updating databases that contain legal/technical/commercial conditions that your partner offers;

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

1+ years of experience as an Account Manager;
Basic knowledge of KYC procedures as an advantage;
Experience in payment processing industry/e-commerce as an advantage;
Being able to evaluate existing and potential commercial offerings from providers;
Networking and negotiating skills;
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English ( not less than B2) and good command of Russian (A2/B1 level);
High sense of responsibility;

Salary range: 1100-1500 EUR ( after taxes );
