WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Manage the day-to-day operations of correspondence with international agents related to company setups and general company maintenance in various jurisdictions;
Work with corporate and financial documents and analyse risk areas to enhance controls and document procedures;
Maintain all necessary documentation of the delegated legal entities, including corporate documents, key management details, business policies - online and offline;
Ensure that all of the documentation is up-to-date, request new documentation in case necessary (corporate documents, Power of Attorney etc.);
Maintain company registers, website registers, key people registers, and payments registers of the delegated legal entities;
Keep track of applications (status, name of banking/acquiring partner etc.);
Act as the point of contact and manage information flow regarding corporate setups among Legal, Business Development, Partners, Merchants, AML & Compliance departments;
Format information for internal and external communication including presentations and reports;
Participate in financial licensing processes, including drafting of procedures, policies and other relevant documentation;
Conduct research across indicated jurisdictions related to financial licensing processes, applicable legislations and entry strategies;
Participate in the ad-hoc projects set by company stakeholders related to corporate setups across various jurisdictions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

University degree in Law, Economics, or Management;
1-2 years experience working in legal (international private law) or financial fields;
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English ( not less than B2) and good command of russian (A2/B1 level);
Good communication skills that facilitate open working relationships with external partners;
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work;
Good knowledge of Excel;
A solution for non-standard cases thinking;
We expect you to undertake work with a high degree of accuracy.
