Business Development Manager

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
  • launching the strategy for finding and attracting new B2B clients in the UK and EEA;
  • Implementing new product launches within assigned territory;
  • Control over the implementation of personal and future team KPIs in terms of customer volume, market share, and financial ones;
  • Overseeing contractual agreements;
  • Generate sales and create new business opportunities while managing sales processes and negotiating terms until reaching the final commercial agreement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
  • Experience in direct b2b sales of banking IT products for 3+ years;
  • Proven successful selling experience above annual quota in similar positions;
  • Deep understanding of the credit card acquiring & online payments industry;
  • Understanding the specifics of business in terms of legislation in the EEA;
  • You are able to network at all levels, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • You are commercially astute, with developed analytical skills, and be capable of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets;
  • You are an independent team player who is open-minded and ready to listen to opinions but also is able to defend your position;
  • Good knowledge of English (both written and verbal skills).
